Order Acceptance:
All orders must be approved by the accepted method of payment chosen. The billing address of all credit card orders must match the shipping address for your order to be processed. Approval by your method of payment will be verified prior to shipment of your requested order. If additional information is needed before acceptance of order, you will be contacted. Minimum $25.00 order required.

Shipping:
All orders shipped in the United States will be shipped by UPS Ground and are based on the package weight and UPS shipping rates. Expedited air shipments are available at the time of purchase.
We do not ship international or COD orders.
 

Damage:
If your order arrives damaged, ask your delivery driver to note the damage and contact us immediately. Do not discard the packaging or product as UPS may wish to inspect it before paying a claim. We will make every effort to replace the damaged product in a timely manner.

Discrepancies:
Upon arrival of your order, inspect it’s contents and contact us immediately if there is a difference between what you ordered and what was received. You may contact us by phone at 800.232.6130 or 405.232.6130 to file a report.

Returns: If you are dissatisfied with your order, we have a 2 week return policy. A re-stocking fee will apply. Original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Opened or partially used items will not be accepted. All returned orders will require an RMA (Return Merchandise Agreement) which can be obtained by contacting us at 800.232.6130 or 405.232.6130. You will receive an RMA # and instructions where to ship product by UPS. RMA # must be written on the outside of the box to be accepted by our company.

Payment: We accept VISA, MC, AMEX, DISCOVER. Purchase Orders from Schools, Hospitals, Government Agencies and Corporations may be used by calling us toll free at 800.232.6130.
